TRCC Representatives Met with The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand
The meeting was opened by Dr. Poj Aramwattananont, Chairman of The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand. Mr. Vitaly Kiselev, President of the Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce, delivered remarks on behalf of TRCC.
During the open discussion, both sides exchanged views on the current state of Thai-Russian trade, opportunities for expanding cooperation, and practical challenges affecting bilateral business relations under the current global situation.
The key topics included the general outlook for expanding Thai-Russian trade, current restrictions on the export of Thai fishery products to Russia, and opportunities for cooperation in energy products.
TRCC was represented by Mr. Vitaly Kiselev, President; Mr. Nikita Derkach, Vice President; Mr. Uran Kleosakul, Vice President; Mr. Preecha Treesuwan, Advisor; Mr. Diego Sala, Treasurer; Mr. Dmitry Fedorov, Executive Director; Mr. Udomdej Burapark, Committee Member’s Representative; and Dr. Vatcharee Amatyakul, Committee Member’s Representative.
Representatives of The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand included Dr. Poj Aramwattananont, Chairman; Dr. Chanintr Chalisarapong, Vice Chairman; Mr. Viboon Supakarapongkul, Vice Chairman; Dr. Supareak Charlie Chomchan, Advisor; Dr. Wareerat Srisathidwattana, Director; Dr. Adisorn Promthep, Member of the Working Committee on Europe; and Ms. Sawita Tinsuntisook, Committee Member of the Committee on Sustainable Energy Development.
The meeting provided an important platform for strengthening dialogue between the Thai and Russian business communities and identifying practical steps for further cooperation between the two countries.
